Corrective Movement Exercise

Corrective exercise is a method of training to improve a client’s performance, mobility, muscular endurance, and muscular balance, and to help alleviate pain.

This program will help to asses and determine the root course of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to issues with posture, balance, and total body coordination. Once problems are identified by specialist, a corrective exercise instructor can then develop exercise routine that address the problems through Pilates apparatus and other fitness equipment as needed.

Prenatal and Postnatal Program

1 Prenatal fitness program. We provide a specialized exercise for mums and mums to be based at a private personal training studio.
