Workshop topic: Exercise for senior citizen. (55 years old +)
Focus: Strength, balance, and flexibility by using Pilate’s base of exercise.
Our biology change as we get older, causing seniors to have different reasons for staying in shape than younger generations. In order adults, exercise helps to live longer, healthier, and more joyous life.
